Apart from technical and organisatorial development, the qualifications of our employees is a vital component of the modernisation process.
In order to satisfy increasing demands it is necessary to support our employees. This is achieved using continual further training through process-related qualifications during adaptation processes and initial training according to operational requirements.

Qualification Measures
Every year around 5,500 participants from all departments and functions take part in various qualification measures.
Suggestion system
Ideas for the improvement of technical and operational processes as well as the improvement of working safety are accepted, supported and further developed. The bonus is oriented around operational uses.
